Rob and his team were prompt in responding and setting up appts. They were very knowledgeable and took great time in explaining things. We had a great experience with Rob. He was able to come out quickly and assess the situation and perform mold testing due to a dishwasher leak into basement ceiling. When remediation was needed, he shared a lot of information about the process, was easy to schedule with, and able to address the situation quickly. We felt that he talked us through various options and made us feel comfortable making decisions in the best steps for our situation. Rob was fantastic ! He walked me through everything . Initial exam , recommendations , options , risks and benefits for everything . I initially went in with just the intention of a consult , and with out hesitation went with the treatment because of my trust and comfort with Rob. He is very informative and his passion for what he does shows . My basement feels so healthy now . Rob made it so easy to ask questions and went out of his way to make sure communication was open . Springs Mold was extremely professional and knowledgeable when handling our mold mitigation in our home. Rob, the owner, was very conscientious and recommended mold sample and air quality testing, both before and after the mitigation process. He took the time to thoroughly explain the various ways to clean and mitigate the mold, while also giving his professional opinion about which option would be best. He was also quick to respond to questions and completed the job in a, professional and timely manner.
